No, there is no vignette to stick for Belgium. In Belgium, the environmental zones are called LEZ "Low Emission Zones", to be allowed to enter these zones, you must register your vehicle online.

The cities of Brussels, Antwerp (also possible locally) and Ghent have such a LEZ. (just click on the city and register for free).
