Here are the steps to follow to quickly set up a SEPA direct debit online:
1. Create an account on my.acl.lu
2. If you already have a myACL account, log in by providing your email address or your member number.
If you don’t have a myACL account yet, you can create one in minutes. All you need is your membership number, which you can find printed on your card or in the confirmation email you received when you became a member.
3. Once connected on the homepage, click on “activate”
4. Fill in your banking information.
5. Verify and complete your personal information
6. Sign your direct debit request using your Luxtrust device
7. If the process has been completed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email with a signed copy of your direct debit order.
